"My family and I moved in May 2020. Ms. Dionne was always pleasant and tried to create the W.O.W effect. Since her exit, the building quality and services have gone down. We have been through 2 or 3 resident managers since and the maintenance is only one man that tries to fix what he can. The apartment sizes are nice for what its worth. Utilities are not included so you are paying gas and electric. Your water runs on gas. No one ever answers the rental office phone and it sometimes takes weeks to respond to the tenants. "One general maintenance person who walks around playing music, who only shows the Spanish workers what unit to fix so basically he just a keyholder- zero experience on his behalf, the other general nonexperienced maintenance man got fired now smokes weed in the hallway and lives on the property , lol jokes of the year, how are you paying your construction workers -theyre milking the clock , fixing nothing but here 5 days a week. Renovations been going on for a year plus- that doesn't even happen to white people homes. And if so it's completed in a timely manner and eveything works.. no hot water no heavy water pressure to shower the basic functions of any rental property. No coporate to get a hold of, people sleeping in the hallways, loud neighbors -not a good luck for so called renovations."

"Worst place to live. Mice is a huge problem. Management do not do what they're supposed to do. Maintenance is some straight garbage. They lazy as hell. Had to call dc emergency inspection on them inorder for them to do their hob the right way"
