"This is a must read: Imagine accidentally double parking your vehicle in a parking garage where you are charged 155 a month as a resident …only to come out the next morning and not see your vehicle where you parked it. Many vehicles within this building are parked over the designated parking lines due to tight parking spaces and/or over sized vehicles such as trucks. I understand apartments have “rules” ; however, this scenario is not ok. I was forced to pay over 150 dollars to retrieve my vehicle from a lot 30 minutes away from the building and was late for a presentation for work which resulted in a verbal disciplinary conversation. Not to mention i was originally informed by management the tow company failed to notify the building about my vehicles seizer, which led me to believe my car was stolen. The lack of empathy from management specifically “James” is deplorable, and goes to show his respect for residents."
"I have not lived here but I went on a "tour" today as I am looking to lease a 2-3 bedroom in Silver Spring. First, I showed up right on time for my scheduled appointment (in fact, a couple minutes early) and no one was at the front desk, no one answered the call box, and the leasing number just takes you down an automated answering machine... I finally got into the lobby only because someone was moving furniture out and let me in. I waited until about 5 minutes after my appointment, no one was there, and I saw a sign at the front desk with a QR code to scan to begin a virtual tour. Sigh. The QR code is to a phone number and has confusing instructions. I finally just texted it "here." Oh good, a chat bot responded, and MINUTES later. The chat bot responds that it will lead you on a tour, and after asking if I am interested in 1, 2, or 3 bedroom units, it gave me apartment numbers and door codes, but no way to access the elevator. So I was stuck. It's now 20 minutes after my tour is supposed to start and FINALLY the front desk is manned. I ask for help. He runs over to the leasing office and comes back with a fob for the elevators. He asks what apartment units I'm interested in, I say 2-3 bedroom. He says there aren't any 3 bedrooms in the building (so why did the bot ask?) he also mentions that the leasing agent has "been here, but she wasn't paying attention and didn't know you were here." Like. And I quote he said that. Does not bode well. Anyway, I do finally get access to some apartments - they're fine, albeit a bit on the small side. I had lots of questions but no one to ask. The amenities code only worked for some of the amenities and I found this out only because the top floors were being completely repainted and was noxious paint fumes and wet paint throughout and my amenity code wouldn't work and I didn't feel like waiting an additional 10 minutes in a toxic environment for a chat bot to not answer me. Honestly, the apartment units looked nice enough, and what I could see of the amenities were okay, but this whole experience made this building a HARD NO. Like why would I pay $32k a year to live somewhere this dysfunctional?!?"
"First and foremost, I must extend my heartfelt gratitude to James Worley and and Kristine Powers. Their dedication, kindness, and professionalism made my experience at this apartment complex genuinely remarkable. They always went the extra mile to ensure residents were taken care of, and it's staff like them that set this place apart. The recent renovations undertaken by the management have transformed the apartments, making them modern and welcoming. It's evident how much effort and care has gone into creating an environment that feels like home. Over my stay, I've witnessed the unwavering commitment of the management team in enhancing the resident experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment complex to anyone seeking a new home in the area. The combination of the newly renovated facilities and the exceptional staff ensures a living experience that is truly unparalleled."
"Posting this review for Greg, the wonderful guy who handles apartment maintenance! He is so kind and responsive and does a stellar job. Have been living here for two months and no issues with the building/enjoying the unit and area, but really want to highlight Greg!"

The well-designed layout, attentive maintenance, and sense of community make it a remarkable place to live. The management's dedication to improvement and the reasonable rent make it an excellent value. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment as a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming home."
