"I have been living here for almost 3 years, And so far I’ve had a good experience. When maintenance is needed, Maintenance coordinator, calls, and checks out to find out and get more details and Benson and the Other members are on top of the service calls. I have had a great communication when it comes to the management team. And I am looking forward to being here for a couple more years. Yes, there are times. I’ve had a few bumps here in the apartment but so far it has been taken care of and it does feel nice to come home and know that I have a good environment for my kids."

"I have been a resident of Woodvale for many years, and this is actually my first time writing a Google review for them. I must say, the new team they have in place is absolutely amazing and incredibly attentive. Whenever I submit a maintenance work order online, they respond to it immediately. Not only do they show up promptly, but they also get the job done right on the first visit! Recently, the contractors came to replace the old kitchen, bathroom, and foyer floors with new ones. The three gentlemen who worked on it did an outstanding job! The final result was truly incredible. It felt like I had upgraded to a brand-new apartment, and the new floors significantly enhanced my comfort level. I also want to mention how amazing the manager, Saleh, is. I've had several conversations with him about upgrades and repairs I wanted in my home, as well as concerns about safety. He has been extremely helpful in resolving all my concerns and ensuring my satisfaction. Jacqueline, who handles the coordination of work orders, is always on top of her game. She efficiently manages both simple and complex requests. The entire team at Woodvale is a pleasure to work with. I've witnessed quite a few staff transitions over the years, and I must say that the current team is by far the best. If you're in search of a new home, I highly recommend Woodvale. They offer the best floor plans in the area, with larger apartments compared to other communities. The property is well-maintained, and the staff truly understands and empathizes with the residents. I've also noticed that they actively engage the community by organizing various activities. Additionally, Woodvale has introduced an alternative payment plan to help residents stay on track with their rent payments. With all these positive experiences, I've made up my mind to stay here. ☺️"

"As soon as you walk through the door you get greeted by Jaqueline she is so nice and has helped me resolve any problem I’ve had. I recommend coming to her she will help you with all your questions. Nirvani is the maintenance coordinator any problem my apartment has had she has made sure maintenance comes out to resolve the issues. I’m very happy with the community. These girls are awesome."

"I would stay far from this place. It was a nightmare. I was expecting and when I found out they had mice in the apartment I cried. They would send exterminator who would set traps that would not catch them. When my sister set traps we got a lot of them. I am a clean person and I felt dirty. When I had baby I couldn’t stay there. When I told them I had to leave because of that they wanted me to pay to break the lease. Went to the courthouse and was going to file an Escrow and they eventually said I could leave without paying nothing. Complete nightmare, they were everywhere."
