"Mouse infested apartments with *consistent longstanding parking problems.* A 4-car parking pass limit would be fine if we had the space, but we don't and we never have. This forces longtime residents with only 2 cars to park *out on the street* at night, which often means a 5-10 minute walk back to your apartment based on how many cars are out there. I'm a young woman who works nights. Thats a safety concern. People have been known to grill on the balconies despite it being illegal and there being very little action to penalize those with grills *visibly on their balconies.* The Management is nice but a tad too lenient in the wrong places, which makes living here -not great.- Just wish the 4-car max would be dropped to 2 cars per unit and that the longstanding rodent problem be *solved* once and for all."

"If i could give 0 stars i would. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE MOVING HERE.. I am so disappointed with this property like another tenant has reviewed my husband and I have been reporting many things in the apartment that are either damaged old and broken also the mice infestation in our apartment is absolutely ridiculous. The rental office staff truly just don't care we get the same answer every time "the janitor/property handy man has ordered the supplies and is waiting to receive them" we moved in June, it is August almost close to the month of September they have yet to fix any of the issues. As to the mice infestation they sent an exterminator crew who literally did not do anything, my husband himself has been able to find and catch more mouse on his own better then what these "exterminators" did. I'm so tiered of even trying to call them cause at the end of the day its useless. Finally I am going to get in touch with their corporate office, because obviously it is my last option. I have considered speaking to authorities on what my options may be as to make this a legal case because I am definitely not happy with this property management but I am willing to speak to their corporate office and see if there is anything they can do. I will update and take picture of the things I am complaining about. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE MOVING HERE."

"We have complained since the very first day of occupancy about mice and cocroaches. it has been 10 months and still the same disgusting pests. Last week I complained and they told me I could pick up glue boards for the mice anytime, and they could send an exterminator over in about 2 weeks! Like I pay rent and I should deal with the mice myself? No! I've contacted the building department, housing department, health department and legal counsel. They are not going to get away with this anymore! DO NOT RENT HERE! I've talked do with 6 other residents and they all have the same problem, so we are filing our official complaints together and will use the same attorney. This is unacceptable! And FYI, all 6 of us are excellent housekeepers. Our units are spotless clean."
