"I’ve been living in Ava for 6 months now and think it’s a great building. There are a few sketchy characters in the neighborhood but that has nothing to do with the building. The staff at the building are responsive and very kind. Maintenance requests may take a while, but they do a fantastic job. I had a problem with my washer/dryer and they ordered me a new one free of charge. Overall great building that is cheaper than most of the neighborhood."
