"The current staff sucks. There is regularly no one at the front desk when there is supposed to, and if you happen to be lucky and find someone there (after multiple tries) they are on personal calls. The main office staff is rude. The building is old, mismatched, and efforts to fix generally is just blocking off that area from use indefinitely. No actually renovations taking place, just tearing stuff up and leaving it. Also constant mouse and cockroach problem."

"We were given a temporary apartment at the Lansburgh (for work) and ended up staying and leasing our own apartment because we loved it here so much! My husband and I have now lived here for about a year and a half, and in all of our (10+) years of moving around the country, we have never worked with a more professional, responsive and helpful management and leasing team. They are absolutely amazing and one of a kind, especially here in DC. Kevin, Ed and Ricky are particularly fantastic to work with, and we’ve truly never met anyone like them. The apartments are beautifully renovated, the soundproofing is excellent, and the enclosed courtyard is a convenient/safe option for taking our dog out, especially late at night. The maintenance and cleaning teams are also phenomenal and will respond to requests in the same day. The time has come for us to move again, but we will always remember how well we were treated at the Lansburgh and will continue to sing their praises."

"Very nice place to stay for government employees and those who need a furnished and safe place to stay. I knocked off one star because the men's dry sauna isn't working. Also because they don't have a community BBQ grill in their courtyard for us to use."
