"Up-and-coming place to live nice area safe convenient everything and what can you say I'm at Washingtonian we love it and the Go-Go music right on the corner what"
"Do not recommend. They treat the building like it’s all welfare. The government assistance tenants trash the place. The PM wants better clients but doesn’t make quality changes. Do not recommend."
"I have lived in this building for over a year now and it really is falling apart. Apartments are sub-par at best and not worth the rent. I moved into an apartment and many things were broken and not clean upon move in. Maintenance really doesn’t do much, either. Save your time and live somewhere else. If you do move in, DO NOT live on the ground level (apts starting with T.) save your time and money and look elsewhere for your own sake."
"It's interesting that their website mentions that you have to contact them for pricing, but when you do, they don't follow-up. I've literally reached out to them at least 3 times, the most recent being about 2 months ago. If this is the kind of treatment that they give to perspective renters, I can only imagine how they treat current tenants. I'll take this as a sign"
"Lived in this dump for almost two years. Can't wait for my lease to be up. This place is the Spirit Airlines or apartment complexes. Don't be fooled by the cheap rent. The drawers, cabinets, and towel racks constantly fall off the walls. Our washing machine has broken countless times and the maintenance staff usually takes two or three calls before they even send someone. The hard wood floors are cracked and falling apart. The gym sucks. Only good thing is the location."
