"They hiked up our rent after 1 year from $2450 to a whopping $5000 per month for a 2 bed/1bath. the washer flooded the apartment once. They didn't tell us that the key fobs expire after one year, so one day I was locked outside of the building for over 2 hours without warning. They charge a flat rate ($85) for water which wasn't worth it for the amount of water I actually used. They boast roof access as an amenity but the door to the roof is padlocked. The unit itself got great light (E/W windows) though and I loved having a view of the dog park."
