"I hate hate hate it here. Quick to send late fees for rent just a few days late but cannot fix ANYTHING after months. Tubs, bedroom doors, lights, nothing. I have requested things be fixed for months but nothing has been done. Oh but they can definitely send a late fee quick. This property has changed management several times and the tenants have suffered the most. I had to pay a past balance that was already paid all because the new management did not have records from prior to them. So because they did not have my whole Ledger from 4 years back, I'm now paying for months I've already paid for. I'm looking to move because it's been endless problems because of their instability and inability to fix things but excited to collect money."
