"The Westin offered a gratifying experience this time, with its impeccable cleanliness and spot-on ambiance. Room service was remarkably efficient, and the location couldn't be better—right across the street from Carpool bar, which boasted an awesome vibe for evening relaxation. My only wish is for extended pool hours, as having access until at least midnight would have been the cherry on top of an already delightful stay."

"Typically enjoy Westin hotels, but was not impressed by the customer service at this one. Was initially told the wrong room number by check in staff and was left embarrassed by attempting to enter the wrong room. Requested a late checkout, because of my status, but it was not reflected in check-in. When I went to the front desk to confirm, after cleaning staff attempted to enter my room, was rudely told that I would need my ID to confirm my identity, again, despite having done all that at check in. Returned to room to grab id to find cleaning staff in my room moving my belongings around. I'm not sure if it was a single staff member issue or general service level, but was not impressed. Will look at other hotels for my next visit. Cannot recommend."

"Great location in a safe neighborhood, close to mall and subway. Mohammed at check-in and check-out was super helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of hot and cold options. Super yummy fresh fruit selection was a highlight. Swimming and spa pools were great, but hours a bit limited. Would definitely return to this property."

"It was a long weekend trip, and we crammed a lot in. Everything was in walking distance, including taking the subway everywhere. Great view outside of our room. The room was clean, and the front desk was always helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was top-notch! Starbucks is available, next to the front desk."

"Someone thinks it is a good idea to have this background lounge music blasting really loud during the day in the restaurant. The clientele are mostly businessmen, like me, trying to have business conversations and conduct business. The music makes it sound like they are going for a 24/7 nightclub lounge vibe, which makes it hard to talk with clients and hard to conduct business. The music selection is OK, please just consider turning it down a little. Otherwise, great decor, excellent service, and good food inside the restaurant bar."
