"DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! VERY QUICK TO REPLY WHEN BOOKING THEN STOPS REPLYING ONCE QUESTIONS AND ISSUES ARISE!!! We were supposed to travel to Virginia Beach this week and decided not to due to current Covid situtation as our group was not all from the same household. The owner, Pam of the rental refused to refund our deposit of over $5000 even after re renting out our travel dates to other travelers. Extremely unprofessional."
