"BEWARE- COVID NIGHTMARE!! KEPT DEPOSIT, WON’T RESPOND Due to Covid19, our group of 18 decided it was best not to travel out of state. The owner would not work with us to find a new date to come, kept our deposit AND rented it out to other travelers. We were traveling for a dance competition with a group of over 50 people. All other families were able to get their deposits back from the places they were going to stay at in Virginia Beach. We were the only ones that didn’t.The owner of the rental unit refused to refund our deposit of $6500 and has since rented this unit out to other travelers. They actually made money of off this unprecedented GLOBAL PANDEMIC! It was heartbreaking enough that the trip had to be canceled, but then for someone like At Our Beach House to take advantage of the situation and actually profit from it is devastating and deplorable!!"

"The house was lovely! It was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. Pam was truly a pleasure to work with. It was perfect for our extended family of 12. The location is perfect, perfect, perfect! I have nothing but good things to say!!"

"Plenty of room for our extended family group of 9 people, including a 2 and 5 year old.The layout suited our various family groups. We ate most of our meals in the place and found everything we needed. The beach cart and chairs made it easy for our daily beach visits. We wiped up spills, did dishes and vacuumed the main floor and entry room and received our entire deposit back. Pam is great to work with and very helpful. If it were 2 blocks from the beach vs 2 1/2 to 3 then I would give the place a five. Definitely consider coming back again! Thanks much Pam!"

"Thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family from Kentucky. We loved the location and your home. We plan to come back to enjoy another great vacation. Your home was spacious for the whole family to gather and to also peel off into private areas. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean…it felt like home. Couldn’t get the kids away from the foosball and air hockey all week! The other games, movies and books also kept the family entertained if we weren’t at the beach. A competition event at the VBCC brought us to VB and Atlantic Breeze will entice us to return. We had a day of fun at the waterpark and also took a short drive into Norfolk for the day. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks again for a great vaca."
