"Expensive, uncomfortable bed, cramped, non working sink, bad wifi. This place is a complete rip off at 470 a week."

"We were without water from 8-2:15 one day only had a note posted 1 day by elevator, we were on the first floor. Had a note on office door but we had no need to go to office, and a note on the laundry room door but we didn’t do laundry our first day there. So we had no idea of the water shut off, which went off while halfway through a shower!! Had to wash our own towels after finding out laundry room card machine only took $5 bills. Which nobody told us about. Credit or debit cards or singles would not work. Room had bugs because of the big gap at bottom of the door."

"No Stars!! I made my reservation since April 2023. Traveling from out of the country arriving around 10pm on June 10 2023. Was in constant communication with the staff. They were all nice at the beginning. The day of me arriving, while at the airport still out of the country, I have my friend call me to let me know she was not abel to get the key because Intown Suites had canceled my reservation. Now, let me just say that 3 days prior I had spoken to the manager, her name is Maya. She said all was "OK". The day of, I get this call from my friend, saying they had cancelled my reservation. I told the receptionist i had just spoken to Maya and she said all was "ok". The receptionist said "No mam, Maya quit last week. I have been here all week and you did not speak to me". She then asked if I was interested in staying at another location. Impossible for me, that would put me over 40 mints away of where I needed to be. I did not get a phone call, no text message, No email, no nothing!!.. the receptionist was extremely rude, she hung up the phone. She was horrible. She told my friend she was not dealing with me and asked her to leave. So, I was left with no place to stay with just little time to get a new place. Thanks to their negligence I ended up spending $2182. We all know that trying to get something on the exact day will always cost more than reserving ahead of time. Ohhh ohhh.. but don't you cancel them 23 hrs 59 mints before because you are now responsible for paying the full amount!!.. who will pay me that extra expense? Exactly!!.. all I'm going to get is.. "We are really sorry you had to experience that" or something like that. Very very bad.. extremely disappointed."

"Management is awesome, room had cold a/c and NO BUGS ! Always had hot water too. The elevator was never out of order, which is a huge plus. I had a great stay Thank you again to the General Manager for going above and beyond for me. (Golden Corral is in the same area)"

"This place was fantastic~ Terry was very friendly from the moment I arrived, and she was very clear and informative about what I needed to know. The staff in general (Holly especially!) were also great to work with. All the appliances worked excellently, and the room was clean. I came here and stayed for a week for just myself as I was in between moves, and I couldn't be happier. AC works great, fridge, stove are good, shower and toilet never an issue and had plenty of hot water. Just all that you need for the price you pay. If you need a bargain and a place in a pinch, this is perfect! Also, I needed to extend my stay too for a few more days, and that was done within minutes, no question, no problem!"
