Reviews
"Besides the apartments exterior being incredibly boring and unappealing, interior way being too small and being extremely over priced it's just okay. The worst part is all the irresponsible dog owners that live here. It seems like every building has dogs that bark for hours and hours with no control or care about neighbors, this is why we will be leaving after our lease is up."
"I have lived here for 12 years. Many things have changed during that time. Managers, owners, they guys who fix stuff, rent and many more things. The buildings are old. You aren’t renting at the ritz so don’t expect brand new. Have some sense. No I don’t want higher rent but when I compare it to other places this is still very fair. Previous staff sucked. Old owners sucked. The team now I like. I’ve read all the reviews but in my old age I have learned that usually the sour people are those with an axe to grind looking for retaliation. Alan is the maintenance guy and is very cool. He is 1 guy with an entire property to fix. He’ll get to you and he is always very nice."
"I put in an application several weeks ago and was told it would be 2 weeks then untill a unit would be ready to move in . At that time they was unable to let me tour due to not having an open 2 bed apartment. Iv called several times and no one will ever answer the phone. I finally got a move in email with the online account sign up out of nowhere with the move in date “this week” and continue to reach out for a tour before I sign a lease without any actual knowledge of what the property looks like and still cannot get a return call . This is several red flags in a row ontop of the poor reviews of this place. I will no longer be interested in moving into this circus and I recommend anyone else stray away from this place. I would believe all these reviews with no issues now . Reading other reviews it does seem they try to get you into the lease before really knowing the conditions and terms your getting into ."
"I would have gave this 4 stars. But after the most recent business/staff takeover It went downhill quick my last year living there of '22. They stopped enforcing the dog leash policy and multiple heavy dogs would run rampant throught the property jumping up on top of other tenants trying to bring groceries in. Laundry room was broke for 3 months, then claimed they fixed it only to lose (what i calculated) 15$ of change from what the machines took. They hired some cheap furnishing contractors early 22' once the new business took over the property. Their goal was to put new blinds/lights/fossits. They came in a day earlier than the landlord said, made a mess and left shavings and a mess for me to clean up.They also left nails all over the property parking lot. (Lost a tire because of it). My ac unit went out and took a week for them to respond. Also the neighbors below me had a bad bathroom pipe leak that took them a week to fix. every other day for a week they'd come and work on it for hours. Seems like they were contracting REAL cheap companies to do the work on their property. I was paying 740$ for a 1 bedroom apartment with a 1940's AC unit and HORRIBLE maintenance.. Gave it a benefit of the doubt because the landlord was amazing before whoever took it over. Magnolia hieghts, or whatever it was called that's across the street from bridgewater is section 8, and cops come there 3-4 times a night. Not exxagerating. Definitely not worth the price, and the renovations they did are miniscule that they try to fabricate to make it look like they actually did something amazing They will scam you in the lease before you know better. FIND A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE!"
"As a current resident I'll tell you that it's not worth the money they charge. They throw some cheap paint on the walls install cheap bathroom and kitchen fixtures that leak then raise the rents $100 the people who run this place are a joke you can't ever get an answer when you call the office or when you email them. I've never had roaches until I moved here and now when I move I'll have to throw away all of my electronics and furniture because of the roaches. So now the management is putting the blame on the residents and going to give out lease violations all but saying it's our fault this place is roach infested. With these new people it's all about finding ways to charge you money"
