"Very spacious and comfortable rooms and quite reasonably priced. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options and was delicious."

"I have stayed at this location on multiple trips but this will be my last time. 1. Mold on bathroom walls. 2. Unfriendly staff. 3. No breakfast available - only a couple of apples, 3 slices of bread, 2 English muffins, and cereal. Seriously, that's it! Spoke with front desk and they said " we are understaffed and can't do both". Really....so if they have that many customers the company can't afford to hire staff. I call bull!!! 4. Charged at checkin an additional $60 "damage fee" which was not disclosed when I booked. Still waiting on my $60 to be put back on my card. Never again!!!"

"We all took cold showers, no cups for coffee or juice, no butter for waffles, the juices were all out, no milk in fridge, no yogurt (out). A bunch of kids were playing on the exercise equipment so I couldn’t work out. I usually don’t complain or leave reviews but this was a terrible hotel."

"I went in to pick up my check and the front desk attendee name drew was rude and disrespectful. He harassed and intimidated me. He was passive aggressive, I called he would not let me speak. No human being she be treated like this. He Screamed at me for simply attempting to get my check. I have never been treated so horribly. I will be contacting department of labor and cooperate office concerning his unprofessional behavior. There were guest at the hotel, when he proceeded to yell and scream. I was not properly trained, nor given a proper outfit. They gave me 12 rooms on my second day and expected me to Clean them all with out proper training. The manager threatened me that I would be there till midnight if I didn’t speed it up. It was my second day!!! It was by far the worse team I was ever apart of. They gossiped about other people, and it is confirmation that I should not be working there. Everything that happened to me was on camera. Drew was out of line. I also had my 12 year old son who saw his behavior. This is unacceptable. I was scared for my life and almost called law enforcement."

"We rented the meeting room for a training class. The staff was accommodating and friendly. I would recommend for small, informal meeting needs. We set up our own audio/visual but they do have a tv if needed. Tables and chairs were adequate and comfortable for our team members. We did not stay in the hotel, just used the meeting space. Thanks!"
