"I'm a very picky person and a very busy person. So for me to take time out to actually give this place a five-star review is saying something. I was here for one night while my mother was staying nearby at the hospital. The room was so clean and I was so grateful for the comfortable bedding and amazing shower pressure. Apparently, they also have a hospital rate so I was able to save a couple of dollars on the room. Staff was remarkable and the location was pretty convenient. I didn't utilize any of the amenities but I will definitely use this hotel if I am back in the area. Plus, being alone as a female, I felt really safe there."

"The A/C went out at our house on a Friday afternoon in Kingsport, Tn and I called and spoke to Jacqueline at the front desk. She made the process of getting room so easy, we had never taken our dog to a hotel before, and she had a goodie bag waiting for him, and put us on the first floor for easy access to his potty needs. We didn’t know how long we were gonna have to stay, but she made sure we had everything we needed. Thankfully our A/C was fixed the next day and we returned home. But I would recommend this place to anyone coming to the Kingsport area, just give Jacqueline a call and she will make sure you are taken care of."
