"So I booked a room over a week ago with a double bed, and after I drove 5 1/2 hours to get there, we found out there isn't a room for us. That's not good business, I was forced to go down the road and pay double the price for a room because it was all that was available. This place is very shady looking. The girls there had just received pizza for dinner and acted very disturbed that I was standing in the lobby waiting to be taken care of. I know it's not the employees fault, but a little class goes a long way. If I could give this place a zero rating, I would. I do not recommend this place at all."

"If possible, I would like to give a negative score. This hotel is the one that was robbed. I have been checking out for a week now, and they actually stole my credit card and asked me to pay an extra two weeks in a row. I went to talk to the manager and explained clearly that I had checked out for two weeks. The front desk staff fled directly and closed the door This is no different from robbery. Causing me to contact the credit card center to replace my credit card now."

"If I could give a "0" I would. I had literally drove 11hrs through the night arriving at 5am, the women working was polite enough, did not look professional by any means but was pleasant. She pointed me to my room around the back of the building, 2nd floor, as soon as I opened the door, first I could not get the light to turn on so I had to walk through in the dark to the opposite side of the room to turn the bed light on, as soon as the light came on cockroachs we crawling, I counted 8 on the floor and 3 on the wall, not quite sure what was on the top blanket of the bed,I lifted back the corner of the blankets to look and the sheets which there were multiple hairs in between the sheets, not to mention the whole in the wall around were the shower head comes out, which there looked to be a room behind that the shower, i could clearly see a light on through the hole behing the shower. I took videos and pictures of all. Tearing and shaking, I took my things to my car and went back to the small window ip front, the women did refund my $ and apologized. I do not recommend staying here."

"I checked into Travel Inn @ 2:30pm 9/30/23, and was very dissatisfied by my HOUR there. The room I was first assigned, the door would not open, so back to the front desk, where I was told the key card was activated, somewhat insinuating I wasn’t capable of utilizing a key card. Finally housekeeping came over and they couldn’t get in to the room, even with a regular key. I was finally assigned a new room. Once in the new room, a non smoking room that reeked of cigar smoke, there was no remote control for the tv (I went back to the front desk to get a remote), two lights didn’t work , the bathtub was disgusting, and I saw 2 roaches. I checked out around 3:30pm the same day. EDIT REVIEW—- A more appropriate response would be a refund for the “non” stay I was there."

"Booked this Inn for five days. When I arrived late at night no one was at the front desk. The door was locked and a phone was on a ledge outside. There was a sign that instructed to press 1 for service, the the phone had a busy signal. I slept in my car the first night. After check in I went to my room which was on the second floor. There was dried blood stains on the shower curtain. Mold on the chair and left over strawberry Sunday in the refrigerator. The next morning I went down for the free breakfast and was told they didn’t have breakfast. I decided to check out early and ask for a credit to my account. I was told I would get credited as soon as they spoke to the manager. I left and called for a few days for my credit. I was told the same story multiple times, they have to check with the manager. I was also put on hold and no one came back to the line. I do not recommend this place at all and I would look for a more dependable, clean place with trustworthy staff that should enjoy their jobs. Consider your safety and and convenience is at risk when booking this Inn."
