"This is the ultimate location for anyone that is looking to be close to the city life, but it's quiet enough to let you feel like you are miles away from the city when you are home. The maintenance staff is on point with requests and show up almost immediately when I make a request. The neighbors are friendly and mostly tend to themselves but will strike up a conversation if I am so inclined to have one. The one downside to the property is the location of the sun in relation to buildings. From noon until sunset, it shines directly onto the back deck and into our bedroom window. Which makes it uncomfortable to enjoy the back deck during the prime of the day. That being said, I still love this place."

"You need new people running that place. It's a joke. You claim to be based on income but every couple of months you are trying to raise rent on people who only live there because it's all they can afford. I don't know who would pay over 900 and something for a apartment in that place. Smells like stale cigarettes. They won't fix anything mold growing in the bathrooms, sinks stopped up in apartments beside of you and it's running on yours. This place needs new management. I don't live here but I know people who do."
