"I just went and toured the property and it was a horrible experience. You can definitely tell that they are NOT minority friendly. I l’m black and I was actually laughed at by contractors, and rushed by the young girl during the tour. You can definitely tell they didn’t want me there. Then on top of all that the worst part is they do something called ratio billing. This is where you don’t have a set amount that you pay for your water, you pay based off usage, so they can pretty much charge anything. I will never do that again. Please learn to be kind to your prospective tenants."

"Very quiet neighborhood! My apartment is clean and new appliances. Hot water is limited, so not great for baths or long showers."

"I have been living on this property for 10 years . I use to love it but they keep changing management. I talked to the manager about transferring to a 2bed room and she told me everything to do so I did. I even went to the guy apartment to see it because he will be moving out to see what kind of state the apartments was in( which was the manager suggested) When me and my husband went back she said that apartments was already taken. This was very poor management because she could have taken it off the market or told me what else we needed to do to.hold it. Remind you I just talk to her on Friday and Saturday we went to the rent office and they where closed so we end up going first thing Monday morning.Very poor poor management. Then after that I keep getting survives FOR WHAT"

"Moving into this apartment was by far one of the worst experiences I ever had. I highly regret moving into this community. My unit doesn't represent the 2 units I saw before moving in. You can tell they carelessly rushed my unit without checking or testing anything, my unit is supposedly renovated. I should have known something was wrong as soon as I got to my front door. It looked like an animal was using the bathroom in front of my door. Below is a list of issues I've experienced. I placed a ❌️ next to the items that are still current. When it rained, water from outside came into my room twice within the first three days I was in my unit. The carpet pad in the exact area was cut out. This leaves me to believe this was an issue before I moved in. A/C leaking leaving my hallway carpet wet. Within the first 7 days, a carpet cleaner came to my unit 3 times due to the above water issues. I had two large blowers in my unit going for over 36 hours. Not looking forward to getting my electric bill. The closet door in the entry is painted shut. ❌️ The lock on the balcony door did not lock. The security pole on the balcony is broken at the end. ❌️ 2 vertical blinds have holes in them. ❌️ The cabinet door in the kitchen is about to fall off. ❌️ The bedroom door, you have to lift it for it to close. ❌️ The dishwasher smelled like something died in it. Used 2 bottles of bleach to remove the smell. The dryer didn't work. Water wasn't coming out of the shower. It had to be fixed twice. The walls were not prepped before the paint was applied. They painted over stickers, and you can see where everything was hung on the walls before me. ❌️ Gnats and roaches. ❌️ The chain on the front door was missing. No screen on the balcony door or any of the windows. ❌️ Refrigerator leaking on to my floor❌️ The Internet plug didn't work. Xfinity spent over 2 hours in my unit fixing it. Balcony flooded. I was told landscaping would come by and fix the area that was dug up to release the water, but no one has come. ❌️"
