"My wife and I lived at Hunter Ridge apartments for 2 years and I have to say we had only the best experience here. The customer service was incredible and they always helped us if we had any questions. One great example is when our A/C froze over in the summer and it needed to be fixed. I put in a maintenance request and the repair man was here the same day and fixed it. The only reason we moved is because we wanted to get a dog, otherwise we would have stayed. I highly recommend renting from Tomlin & Associates."

"I lived for 2 1/2 years at the Hunter Ridge Property. Tomlin & Associates was a pleasant place to live for the most part. The best part was the cost of rent vs. what we received in return. During our time we had a couple things go wrong that required maintenance to come out an fix and on each occasion it was taken care of by the end of the day. Also, management was generally easy to get along with and very friendly the couple of times i needed to talk to them. If you're moving to the Lynchburg area I would recommend them."
