"Live here in the 2 bed 2 bath. Pricing is $1,100, so not great but not terrible. Everything is new and modern, so that’s nice. The walls are incredibly thin though, so you can hear everyone around you. Also, the gym was designed by someone who’s never worked out a day in their life. It’s absolutely terrible, shouldn’t even be called a gym. Management and staff are particularly friendly or helpful but they’re not negligent."

"English Commons was an amazing place to live when we first moved here. Our old property manager was always around, knew us by name, and kept up with updates and the grounds. Ever since the management company changed we continue to run into problems. There is no communication between residents and management. For example, they recently paved in front of our houses and we had no idea any paving was happening and that we would need to move our cars. Many cars were towed so that work could be done. The The property is not kept up with anymore. We used to love using the fitness center, however now the fitness center is extremely dirty and dusty and machines are already broken, resulting in us no longer using it There is also no accountability for residents to follow rules of the property. We constantly see dogs off leash as well as owners no longer picking up after their dogs use the bathroom. We love our home, as it has an amazing layout, and wonderful updates but unfortunately with the lack of concern for residents by the new property manager, we no longer are enjoying are time at English Commons."

"I have honestly never lived in a home as nice as this English Commons Townhome. The builder has included some amazing added features. All fixtures and floor coverings are exceptional. The marble counter tops... the incredibly deep kitchen sink... the upstairs and downstairs light fixtures are attractive, modern, yet classic. Since I’ve bought this townhome, it has already gone up in value! If you’re thinking of a place to buy... this is it!"

"English Commons is a great place to reside. Good looking buildings built by some of the best craftsmen out there. The insides are finished nicely with granite of your choosing. The community is growing, and offers great amenities. The Management Company is wonderful to work with, and the price can’t be beat."
