City Market Lofts

"Can someone provide me with the corporate phone number. I have looked and cannot find the information. I have called the office about 5 or 6 times today. No answer, I have been working with Ebony the property manager. I got approved to move in and left her with all of my info bank statements, credit report, ss numbers everything… no answer. I have been trying to move in for the past 3 days now. Please help."

"We recently moved into a loft it's spacious and comfortable parking is a little difficult on weekends but on weekdays it's not bad! we had an issue with one of the toilets but was fortunate enough to catch the maintenance guy working on a unit down the hall and he fixed it immediately! Super nice guy also had an issue with some dirt and debris in the kitchen cabinets caught up with the lady doing cleaning in the lobby and she resolved the issue!! we'd definitely recommend living here the staff seems to be pretty quick on responding and resolving issues Only complaint is the last couple days it doesn't seem to be a manager in the office!!!"

"My sister moved in the lofts a little while back.the place needs improvements . Renting office appears to rarely be open .the maintenance guys very cool and polite he fixes what needs to be fixed in a timely manner. I'm applying for an apartment myself soon so I'd definitely recommend moving here"

"Overall, this is a good place to live. The location can't be beat. The facilities (such as the work-out room, main entry areas, rooftop hot-tub) are now being well-kept by the current property manager Lisa and her husband. I had a concern with safety for entering the building from a secondary exit, and Lisa got on it within 24 hours and took care of the problem. With any issue I have had, she has responded quickly to my email and told me the process of how things would go to fix something. The only issue I have seen is my roommate's closet broke off the wall and it took over a month for a secondary company to come in and fix the issue. At that point, my roommate decided to fix the closet herself. She was credited the money spent in rent money, so we did appreciate that. They are older buildings, and with that comes need for repair. I think the company is in the process of completing repairs, and I have seen them do so consistently. Also - parking has been totally fine, and Lisa has been sure to keep the lot clear from anyone but residents."
