"I have lived here for a year and a half now and I love my apartment. It's affordable, beautiful, and the easy access to blackwater creek trail is lovely. I rarely ever hear noises from other tenants. People are very respectful here and it feels safe. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues as well. I really don't have anything bad to say about this place."

"We lived here for a year and a half. It’s a very cool location with nice apartments and walking distance to everything. Kayla and Darryl are awesome. Darryl the maintenance manager really set this apartment apart from others. Things were always taken care of quickly and correctly with a smile. We even got our deposit back here. We have been in two other apartments and it seems like most places try anything they can to make up fraudulent issues to keep you from getting it back, but it was easy here. They’re good honest people. It’s also a super safe and upscale feeling building. We moved on to a larger home because our family grew, but we will remember Cliff’s Edge fondly."

"I lived at Cliffs Edge for half a year and had a really good experience! Management and maintenance were overall helpful and pleasant to interact with. A huge plus, as other reviews have mentioned, is that Cliffs Edge connects directly onto the Blackwater Creek Trail. As someone who ran on this trail regularly prior to my time at Cliffs Edge, this feature was a great convenience and probably my favorite thing about living there. You are also within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars, etc. If you are thinking of living downtown, I give Cliffs Edge a warm recommendation!"

"Cliffs Edge was a great place to live! Management was friendly and the apartment was beautiful. It is also close to a whole bunch of really great restaurants/bars and it's located right on the Blackwater Creek trail, making it extremely convenient for anyone who enjoys running or owns a dog. Darryl and the rest of the maintenance team were fantastic, extremely responsive, and incredibly friendly. I'm very sad to be leaving, and will miss this place a lot!"

"Living at the Cliffs Edge lofts for a year was a great experience. Ride the elevator down and you are right on the Blackwater trail. The inside parking garage kept my car clean. The high ceilings make this place unique to other lofts in downtown Lynchburg."
