"After a long time of waiting and having patience I’ve been lead to share this review. The “Site Manager”, Zoan, could care less about what occurs with the residents. She’s not interested in assisting maintain safe and appropriate living conditions. It’s sad to say, but she will only respond at her own convenience, which is bizarre because she has an emergency line. She is not the best suited candidate for a role like this. I hope that the complex can find better people to assign manager roles to . People work very hard and pay a lot of money to not be given attention, appropriate guidance, or assistance."

Capitol Events:

"I commute all over the DMV area so it’s a great central location for me. I’ve been here over three years and no problems so far. Plenty of available parking spots, which was important for me, neighbors are friendly and it’s also a pet friendly location."

"Lived there for about a year. I could hear the people in the next apartment though the walls. Walls are paper thin. They could hear my every word. I had a squirrel scratching day after day in my wall and it was ignored by the management for six months."
