"I used to love living here, but things have definitely changed. It used to be a nice place to live, the staff is doing their best, but without the proper budget and authorization from management at a corporate or ownership level, the big things like broken/outdated appliances, water heaters, etc. are never replaced. My fridge completely broke last week and instead of giving me a new one they gave me an old one from the unit across the hall. Better than nothing I suppose but that’s ridiculous. They’ll have to order a new one at some point, shouldn’t they have extras lying around for emergencies such as these especially considering how old the appliances are? The water quality here sucks, my skin breaks out in rashes, I’m having to clean the toilet 2x a week to keep a ring from forming, they’ll tell you the bathroom fans work but they do not serve their purpose, which is to keep condensation from building up from steam by ventilating the bathroom (thus preventing the growth of mold), the walls of the bathroom look like they’ve been hosed down after a 10 min shower. I’ve taken steamy showers in other places before & this is just not normal. They keep changing the mgmt company here & it’s just getting worse. New management if you’re listening, please make it make sense. Why am I paying for $65 internet that isn’t reliable but yet MANADATORY (yes you heard me right, they will tell you they offer high speed internet but it’s not even wired! It’s some off brand company you’ve never heard of called WhiteSky, everyone on your floor shares the same password & you cannot plug into Ethernet. If you don’t like it too bad because you don’t have any other option and they’ll charge you for it each month even if you don’t use it),over $100 dollars in water each month for 2 people, water that irritates my skin and when fed to the ice maker, creates ice that smells foul, why am I paying $1890 in rent for a place whose fire alarms go off without warning constantly and for sometimes long periods of time in the middle of the night!? This place promises quality to lock you into a lease, then everything is downhill from there, they care little for retaining their current residents, I’ve given them plenty of slack this is my 3rd year ."

"I love the staff and the community. I know me and child are safe living here and that’s extremely important to me. The fact that our buildings are designed like hotels are a plus!"

"As a three year resident at Parq 170, I’m pleased to see the new updates and renovation throughout the buildings. The new gym equipment is really nice and the updated carpet and paint make the hallways look modern. Both leasing and cleaning/maintenance staff are very friendly!"

"Avoid this place at all cost. Moved in 6 years ago and paid last months rent at move in. Through the years ownership of the complex changed hands. New management/ownership did not honor my last months payment, even after I showed proof I had paid. Two months of “looking into it” and never given an answer. Ask to have in person conversation in writing for my own record. Never provided. Emailed multiples times to get in contact with the office about this matter. No answer. This office is terrible at communication. No one answers you. They will tell you anything in person to appease you, but there is no follow through. After all of that, a month and a half later I get a call from a collection agency saying the I owe prorated water…. After I paid my last months rent in full…again. I have no problem paying for what I have used but the larger issues is that there was no communication after I had moved out saying that I owed anything until the collection agency called. At the time of move out I did not owe anything with the complex to be charged again without notification. Extremely frustrating. Bottom line, communication is nonexistent and creates extremely frustrating situations. Honestly pay a little more down the road because it’s not worth the stress with dealing with them."

"I have been living here for 6months. The place is nice, clean and quiet. Maintenance is fast when it comes to fix any issue and they're very professional. Even though I would like to see some basic upgrades in the gym like a basic bench press, essential bars, cable machine accessories. Water is expensive, over a $100 every month and we're just 2. Overall experience is good."
