"I applied for a rental that they had listed and paid the application fee as that was expected for them to even consider your application. They emailed me and said they needed for me to get my current landlord to respond so that thy can continue the approval process. I did what the email asked me to do and I attempted to call the realty company that day but never could reach anyone to give the the information. The next morning I got in contact with one of their realtors to be informed that they had approved someone else, so basically I paid the fee for someone else because they still had the home listed and probably was still taking applications and the money. Needless to say he stop communicating with me and I continued to call but was unsuccessful. They are very misleading, never answer phone call, you can't leave a message because voice mail is full. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau because they is no way you can be approving someone and have someone already approved. They finally took the house off of the listing but not until later that day. They are very unprofessional and should not be in business and I'm even madder that the only way I could post this was to give them 1 star because they definitely don't deserve it."

"The list rented property as available and have people apply for them. I am filing a small claims against them for their fraudulent ways. Stay away."
"It took many emails and phone calls to even speak with someone . They never called back even though I left a voicemail and never responded to emails. They still have rented properties listed as being for rent"
