"Sorry , but this location is a prime example of why hotels should be required to post updated photos of there rooms , ect. Came away very upset , and all we were trying to do was have a relaxing weekend out of the house. They are working on updates , but clearly knowone is monitoring the quality of the work ."
"My room had bed bugs. I broke out in red bumps the last night after 3 nights. The towels had a gross stain to them. To use the internet, you had to call a number for it to work. My door was so slow to close. It was a security risk because it wouldn't latch unless you pulled it hard. The fridge would freeze things instead of keeping it cold. The washer was broken. The only positive was the nice staff."
"Vary nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a king suite and it was huge. Used their laundry room and it took a few minutes to figure out washing machine cause it only worked on certain settings. Breakfast was not that great. Only had cereal and waffles. Overall not a bad 4 days. McDonald's and Hardee's near by though."
"DO NOT STAY HERE The room was full of roaches. The sheets were yellow. The bathroom had one of the worst smells I've ever experienced in it. The elevator is non-functional. The staff is rarely present, even for phone calls. AND they charged me 4 extra days because they dont check their checkout box, and there's no staff at the counter."
"Clearly, this hotel management is having problems! Not a good place to stay if you can avoid it. The elevator doesn't work. Lots of things don't work! Breakfast is the bare minimum. I can see some effort to renovate, but the pool isn't open. All the reviews I read are consistently poor. The staff I talked to have been nice and point issues towards management...Quality Inn should probably look into the management."
