Residences at Government Center

"The place is nice ( no roaches/ bugs etc) so that’s a big one for me . The office staff are nice as well and maintenance request so get handled quickly. However, if you want to live somewhere that’s CONSTANTLY noisy at any hour, this is it. Between the trash people coming by constantly banging around right outside your window twice in the same day and back to back days ( two days straight) at times, And landscape people blowing the hell out of leaves at 8am outside your window for 3 hours +, then by all means move here. I had no idea how bad it was noise wise. I work late hours and have kids, this makes me getting any sleep impossible. People / kids run down the hall way constantly too literally like as if someone is breaking the floor. This parking arrangement outside of residents windows is a disaster as well as people banging / stomping and blasting music loud at weird hours. This place would be perfect other than that"

"Very friendly and attentive staff from the rental office to the maintenance department. So far whenever I've had an apartment issue they responded very promptly. Also the community is very convenient to access of multiple major highways. It's literally directly across the street from a very popular shopping center and yet overall it's a quiet, peaceful community. I have really enjoyed my stay here and plan on renewing my lease."
