"Room was very clean. Cabinets are outdated and showing considerable damage. Bathroom door was delaminating from what appeared to be a water issue. Bathroom fan was not working and just made a loud noise."

"Now that I have had time to sleep, I would like to add my two cents about my experience. First and foremost, I would like to apologize to Lewis for my impatience during the check- in process. From my understanding, Lewis was covering the evening staffs shift, had little training on the hotels system, and was pulled from a different department/hotel site. His lack of expertise only falls on management! I have past experience as a night auditor (at both a 2 star and 3 star hotel) and there was never a time that management just threw me to the wolves to fend for myself. So, again, thank you Lewis for dealing with the situation as best as you could, and keeping your composure when dealing with impatient guest like myself. Room was okay and definitely outdated. I told my mom to not touch anything if she doesn't have to because there were visible signs of mold, especially on the refrigerator. I didn't have time to take pictures so it's something you just have to see for yourself. Location was perfect as far as being close to the highway."

"One of the better Extended Stays I've been to. Perfect for nurses like myself who contract to work at the hospital one block away (location, location, location). The night attendant Mikhail was a really cool dude and helpful, I actually had a super late check-in and he gave me no problems. I tried the superior suite and it was more than enough for a single person, maybe too big for me. There's lots of space for your things. Minor complaints: King-size mattress was just a bit uncomfortable, queen size I had in Fair Oaks was better. Upstairs occupant made a lot of noise at night (not the hotel's fault). Shower didn't have a very strong water flow, had one morning of no hot water that was fixed by the evening. A few shady characters floating around the property on some nights but the police are never far away (several sit at that hospital). I never felt in danger. They give you a few cooking essentials when you ask (2 pots, a spatula, a colander, cutting board, 2 small and 2 large plates, 1 bowl, a few pieces of silverware) but not enough for a person who loves to cook. However, there's an Aldi across the street and a Lidl down the block. The 2-burner cooktop was great, it gets super hot and stays that way for awhile after you turn it off. Overall, it's not a 5-star resort but it's not supposed to be. Personally I think the price is excellent for what you're getting and where the place is located. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm working there."

"Room is a little outdated but everything is clean and functional. The rooms are spacious. Staff has been great! Friendly and professional. It's close to lots of stores and restaurants and also a beautiful park. Only 20 minutes from DC. Fair prices as well. Don't expect much from the free breakfast but in a pinch they offer store bought muffins and granola bars. Coffee and tea are also available. Overall we're pleased with our stay."

"Decent place for those traveling on business. Fairly quiet, tucked away in an area that has food, gas, and stores within 5 minutes. It's "comfortable" but not necessarily filled with extras. One bar of soap, no plates, utinsils, glasses or coffee maker unless you request one. 3 minutes off the freeway. No frills place that is a cheap place to lay your head down if traveling from out of town."
