"Terrible experience! The room I was assigned to was in an extremely messy state, as if it had just been vacated. The bed was unmade, there were stains and food leftovers on the table, and the trash can was overflowing with Popeyes containers. To make matters worse, when I tried to use the phone to request a room transfer, a roach scurried out from underneath it. I honestly considered sleeping in my car instead. I promptly requested a full refund as I couldn't bear to stay in such conditions."
"My stay here has been a wonderful experience. Being new to the area, this hotel is located in a convenient location. Everything is clean and very well maintained. Kateryna has gone above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and taken care of. The kindness is unmatched and I have extended my stay solely because of her."
"During my recent stay at Extended Stay America, I encountered several issues that impacted my experience. Firstly, the breakfast selection was disappointing as it seemed to consist primarily of genetically modified foods, which might not cater to all guests' preferences. Additionally, I faced an unexpected charge for my pet. Despite the hotel's policy stating a reduced rate of $10 per day after the sixth day, I was charged $25 per day. This discrepancy in billing was a significant concern and resulted in an additional $150 added to the total cost of my stay. Efforts to resolve this issue were further complicated by an interaction with a staff member. The individual I spoke with at the front office was unhelpful and came across as rude. He did not assist in addressing my concerns and left for the evening before the issue could be resolved. This lack of customer service was particularly frustrating as it coincided with a time-sensitive Flash Sale. Regarding cleanliness, I noticed mouse droppings in the cupboards, which is concerning. However, aside from this issue, the room was generally acceptable in terms of cleanliness and comfort. In terms of pricing, I found the rates to be average. Considering the overall experience and the quality of service and facilities, I believe there are better options available at the same price point. Despite these issues, I am committed to staying here until the end of the month due to my circumstances. Overall, my experience at Extended Stay America was marred by several issues, including service, cleanliness, and billing discrepancies. While the basic amenities were acceptable, there is significant room for improvement in customer service and value for money."
"The main reservation lady named Marie was great. Kind and professional however I was shocked at the absolute lack of professionalism in the front desk rep. Wouldn’t tell me his name but had a thick middle eastern accent, I’m a new business owner and simply inquired about the rates and if they offered discounts for organizations wanting to purchase hotel vouchers. I own a very new and small woman owned business in the community I advocate for abuse victims and help women with resume prep interview prep when they leave an abusive situation The front desk employee said verbatim “Look I don’t do charity I don’t care who pays but send them to a shelter” then placed me on hold then hung up So I tried the next extended stay and literally got the same treatment and will post there. Had he took the time to listen he would understand that I had several thousand dollars to simply buy vouchers at a bulk rate and on top of that drive business to him because I have 4 clients looking for long term stays in the fair oaks area. For reference this happened on January 9th 2024 around 430 - 5pm EST"
"I had previously stayed at this location and had a great experience. I decided to stay here for a second time and my experience was horrible. First check in was not pleasant at all. I was a greeted with a "can I help you"? Not even a hello. The check in person stood there and never asked for my ID. I handed her my ID because it seems like I had to initiate the process. She then laid my ID on the countertop closet to her so I had to reach out to pick it up. I mean if I gave you my ID in your hands return the favor and do the same. The room this time was not clean properly because I could still see hair in the tub. The two guest next door I guess was in a slamming door contest. Wee hours in the morning they were in and out the room slamming the door. Then one of them kept me up until 3am with noise."
