"Don't normally leave reviews, but this place was so good I had to. Came for a swim meet (out of town). The rooms were very nice and comfortable but the bar that sets the standard here was the service. All the staff was so friendly to the kids and parents. On the last day I went ahead and checked out but not thinking we were going to come back, however, one of my kids slipped at the meet and scraped up their leg. I called to see if possible to get the room back and they were able to accommodate. When I came back to front desk to thank them they even offered first aid kit and words of encouragement to my daughter. Absolutely above and beyond, the staff here is so nice and accommodating. I feel they genuinely care which is so hard to come by these days. Any futher bookings in the area will 100% be staying here! Thanks!"

"Everything was perfect until I was woken up by the sound (either kids crying or people making love) from other rooms at 11:30pm. I wanted to bang on the wall but didn't want to wake up my kid. My room number was 516. I felt unlucky to stay next to people who make loud sounds late at night, but the hotel could do better to block sounds."

"So, a few months ago, I think they banned me, which makes me feel awful. I feel super horrible. I definitely didn't deserve that. All I did was ask to change rooms a second time because I thought I heard...sounds...They refused. I stayed calm and simply said I wish they would say they're sorry at least. I was not weird or making a scene or anything. They called the police on me and I got removed. 0 stars if I could unless you can fix this mess please. Ps I'll add that over a year ago I stayed here and had a sound issue (one time). They happily moved me to a room I was happy with. I don't know why I was mistreated this time. Just because I asked two times and then you think that should result in the police and a ban? I am a human with feelings."

"Thankful for letting my dog stay with us. But the reception on the TV in the room was horrible. No matter how horrible a place I stayed, the TV always worked. Not sure what's going on there. I was really tired and didn't want to get into it. I will make sure TV is working correctly next time before I check in. (Really shouldn't have to do that) Rest of stay really good."

"Friendly service upon calling to inquire about early check-in. Limited breakfast selection, partly because stock was not maintained until the closing time. Rooms and hallways are decent but not the best. Elevator works well. Some non-functional outlets in the room. Overall acceptable experience. Super close to the college."
