"This was my first apartment and I can honestly say it was the BEST experience! After transitioning from the Navy, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had heard the horror stories about apartment complexes over charging, being run down, and having awful customer service. This wasn’t the case with Masons Keepe. I was able to move into a clean first floor apartment on somewhat short notice with no issues. Mike set me up for success from my first day to my last. I even had to move to a different apartment due to uncontrollable factors, but the rental office worked with me and got me in a second floor apartment for just about the same price. The maintenance staff is AMAZING! And I mean that with all of my heart. Those guys do a fantastic job, at least that was my experience. I never, and I mean NEVER, had to wait more than 14 hours for my issue to get resolved. Every few months the air filters were changed without having to be asked. Pest control (spiders would find their way into the bottom floor apartment, nothing major) would come as requested. And their receptionist staff has been awesome too! Sandra was the last face I saw before leaving and she was still very helpful and nice even as I was departing. This may seem exaggerated, but I truly loved this place and these people. "We love this apartment! The windows are huge and let in so much natural light! And the property management is amazing. If we have any issues, maintenance is here first thing the next day, sometimes even the same day we put in a request. We are very happy here and would recommend it to others."

"I truly enjoyed my 2 years living in this community. The leasing staff is great. They respond to emails in a timely manner and the maintenance team addresses issues right away. Shout out to Mike for his awesome customer service and for setting up the ice cream social during the summer last year! I did take me a few days to adjust to the sound of the train that goes by, but after a while you get used to it. The grounds are maintained nice as well. I loved the business center and gym. It's a great amenity to have and in my opinion, it's a money saver. The only complaint I would have is that the floor in our building had a lot of holes. I was under the impression it was going to be renovated (per an email I had received when I had recently moved in)but I guess those repairs were for only the sidewalks. I would definitely recommend the cement works on the actual walkaways of the building be repaired. There were a few times where my heels got stuck in the holes and I almost twisted my ankle. So it's definitely a safety concern, I think. Other than that, I wouldn't hesitate to move back here."
