"Built in 1989 and they raised my rent by almost $200 for 2024. My air vents have active mold and they painted over them with white spray paint. Did not treat them. Corporate greed. The staff and maintenance crew are amazing though. They are incredible."

"Did not have the greatest experience. Our utilities, mainly our ventilation system, kept malfunctioning. We were charged for service requests that were not our fault. The utility system in our closet soaked our clothes because of a loose thread that sprayed water everywhere, they tried to make us pay for the damages to the carpet and then sent the bill to collections. If you’re in a tight spot, sure, live here. If not, I recommend something else with better amenities."

"The office staff was super helpful! Been living here for about a year and a half and haven't had any issues. Last week I had a replacement phone delivered but couldn't access my email to get the code to get my phone out so it was stuck in the Amazon hub locker! Luckily Daisy was able to open the locker for me so I could retrieve my phone, she was an absolute life saver as I didn't realize you need your phone for everything nowadays! There was another woman who also helped me but forget her name, either way everyone in the office has always been very nice and helpful! Thanks again y'all!"

"Deisi helped me with everything and was so nice. She got me applied and accepted all in a day and was super helpful throughout the process. If you’re considering living at these apartment I would recommend getting her to help you with your needs. Apartments are quiet and in a good location."
