"Update 4/18/2023: Been living here for about a year and I have really have no complaints. Andy, the Property Manager addresses any issues (if any) in the neighborhood very quickly makes sure it's communicated to the residents. I'm only moving (Florida) out in June 2023 for work purposes, but I love this neighborhood. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Don't listen to all these reviews about it being a scam. It's clearly not a scam if you've gone into the neighborhood. Once you apply, you're on waiting list as many are trying to rent. When a unit opens up, the property manager will call you. She can't run your credit immediately because it's only effective for 30 days and if a unit is not available within those 30 days, you're screwed. Apply for the unit and be patient. I'm moving in June 2022."

"Do not try to rent from here. They are running some sort of scam. They claim to have something available, so you fill out an application, pay $50, and you never hear from them. When you try to call, no one answers and you get a message saying the mailbox is full. I should have read these reviews before paying. You should too. Stay away."

"Good afternoon, (@1:29pm) Very fustrating process to apply for or seek information on a listed property in this adorable community. I've been calling the number listed here on google and the number attached to the online listing. No answer on ither numbers. This number on google will ring sometimes then go to a voicemail service which ends up saying mailbox is full and automatically hangs up. Very dishearting! If the Property Manager doesn't check voicemails that says alot about the lack of overal proffessionalism the community is being run by. "Buying" or "Renting" is a serious step. It would be not only nice but "ideal" for a potential renter/buyer to speak with a real person to have any questions answered before submitting the application. After having |NO| success reaching anyone tied to the listed phone numbers or being able to leave my reason of call/call back information due to the full mailbox, as I mentioned... I did a drive by today. Lovely, Clean, Tight-Nit little Community. Need to say, im VERY intrested, which makes it more frustrating that after searching for a Leasing Office, I acually had to ask two active residents where it was Lol. "I applied over a week ago and the only thing I received was a receipt for my application fee. It has been well over 72 hours which is the typical application review timeframe. I have tried contacting the leasing office twice a day for the past 4 days and no one answers the phone. I also can't leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. If you try going to the Wellworth Properties website the domain name has expired. If this is at all indicative of how they treat residents I would not want to be a resident here. This place is a scam collecting your $50 application fees."

"Have been living here almost a year and we like it. Same house in Gainesville or Haymarket will run you $2,300+. 15 minutes from each of those places and 20 minutes from Manassas since you have immediate access to I-66. Townhouses were built in 2015 and are plenty of space for a couple or young family. Master bedroom is a good size while the other two rooms are standard. If you get the 4 bedroom, it is on the first floor along with the garage. 3 bedroom has a loft there. Kitchen is good size. You will have to get used to train going by at night since they have to blow horn when it is crossing downtown. We stopped noticing after two months. Garbage disposal fee and water charge can be added on to the rent through their payment portal for easy payments. Neighborhood is super kid friendly, walkable and good for riding bikes."
