"The communication with this place is horrible. I got a call to come and see the place. I called back within five minutes. Nobody picked up the phone so I headed over there. She told me she couldn’t do a walk-through, but then we proceeded to do a walk-through. I put my application in pay the fee. She gave me a date for move-in, and then I never heard anything back for a month as I kept inquiring, I also have a coworker over there who can never get a hold of anybody and Hast to remind everybody repeatedly. Apparently I was accepted now that I moved somewhere else"

"They don't even deserve a star and everyone in the leasing office needs to be arrested for scamming and taking peoples money. I keep being told that this Adrien guy is in meetings for the last few weeks and the old lady that answers the phone refuses to let me speak to him about my application. They sent me a declined application email seconds after taking my $50 application fee. I had a scheduled showing the day after. That same day is when i recieved that email then they blamed me for not showing up. I asked her why my application was declined immediatly after them getting it. She said it wasnt declined there was apparently an error. Yet I have an email that says it is declined. She told me adrien will give me a call by 3pm that same day that was weeks ago. I kept calling and calling and was giving me the same run around. She told me it was unethical if she were to give me adriens number amd talk to him about the "error" on my application.I have come to the conclusion adrien does not exist. Every simple question i asked her she could not answer and gave me the excuse that adrien is always in meetings. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM OF A PLACE. ITS AN OLD LADY STEALING YOUR MONEY! And she truly needs to be arrested for fraud."
