"Great staff, clean rooms, and excellent location. Very comfortable beds and felt safe as a solo traveler! Room didn't get 5 stars bc the floors were incredibly slippery, like they didn't finish cleaning all the cleaner off of them, and not all of the app functions worked in the room"

"Room was as expected, clean and modern. No issues with hot water for morning shower. Digital key worked flawlessly as did the mobile check-in/out on the Hilton app. Breakfast was lackluster but its free so I didn't have high expectations. I know it's a dog owner's responsibility to pick up after their pets but I did see quite a few presents left around outside."

"Beautiful entryway led me to believe the rest of the hotel would be as nice. It was not, mainly because of the style. Style was eclectic, industrial and not the cleanest place to be. Also, it must be marketed to a young crowd with the weird statements on the front doors and for how many loud, young people who were at the hotel. Especially loud at night with much noise coming from the hallway just outside our room and walls especially thin. Rooms were sparse and furniture did not match. Terrible bed caused much pain. Positives: it is wheelchair accessible, lower-cost than we expected and the employees were nice."

"Nice place for a quick stay. We have a double queen room & there is no dresser for clothes, just a small area to hang clothes. Staff is great & pool is nice. Husband & granddaughter enjoyed the billiard table; that was a great bonus."

"This was the first time we stayed at a Tru Hotel, and we were not impressed. It has very modern touches, but it lacks basic amenities. There was no microwave or coffee maker in the room, no place to hang up towels in the bathroom, and only 2 cups were provided. The room was very dimly lit, and one lamp was not working--it was almost too dark to read. It was 87 degrees outside when we arrived, but the air conditioner in the room was not on, and the room was stifling. I do want to compliment the staff who were very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was quite good as well."
