"I would give 5 stars except that the heater and plumbing were very noisy. The staff was excellent. Bed was very comfortable."

"My daughter and I came to visit my brother and stayed here. We had a double queen bed room and it was very nice. The bedding was clean for me--a germaphobe, and mattress soft, a little too soft really but comfortable all the same. The toilet had flushing issues and the shower had water pressure problems, but was still strong enough. I think they're trying to conserve water maybe. Everyone was really friendly, from the check in clerks to the bistro lady and even the other people staying there. There's plenty of lighting and all the electrical sockets worked. It's across the street from a Sheetz and a 7-11 and right around the corner from a Walmart. I would recommend this hotel."

"I don't know if it was a Bar or what by the Check in Desk but the drunks were so loud we could barely hear anything said by the Check In Clerk. Price was kinda high. $239 for one night with a king size bed. We've stayed ocean front at Myrtle Beach for less per night. The parking lots aren't lit well at all either. Recipe for theft. We've stayed at The Courtyard by Marriott in Ocean City Oceanfront three times and loved it. Luckily we only needed to stay at the one in Winchester for one night !!!"

"Pros: pretty close to a lot of stuff.(30-45min ish) Relatively cheap. Food was pretty decent. Cons: Bed sheets not cleaned very well Definitely hair on that that didn't belong to me. This happened 2 times They cancelled my room despite me having an extra day. Saying I had the days mixed up. (I didn't) Toilet in 3 different rooms basically didn't work or took 4-5 flushes to get a single toilet paper square flushed. Shower and sink was Scolding hott or freezing cold with no in-between. Shower in one room had almost zero pressure. Rooms had about 7 different switches to get light into the room Very odd The bottom floor restaurant had a worker who didn't speak English. Basically next to impossible to speak to her."

"Had a nice time here. Was just passing through on a road trip. The staff at the front desk and the bistro were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, nice pull out and rotating TV. Good bathrooms and bath products. And the bistro food for dinner and breakfast was excellent. I had the grilled cheese and tomato soup - both were excellent. Would come here again."
