"We stayed at the relax inn for a month while we were waiting for our apartment. We had the suite which was remodeled. The owner was very nice and made our stay welcoming. If there was a problem it was fixed. If I ever need to stay again I will."

"Stayed here for a week in one of the newly made rooms. Well worth the money paid for the week. WiFi was fast, heater worked well(it was a really cold week), bathroom had hot water, and location is really convenient. Dunkin, Popeyes, gas station, and few other places are walking distance. Owners were updating some of the other rooms and place was clean while I was there."

"I really hate writing negative reviews but a warning to everyone this place is infested with BEDBUGS and ROACHES. Despite pulling the what appeared to be brand new sheets back and not seeing any signs of bedbugs before check in they were definitely just hiding. In the middle of the night my partner was awoken by bugs crawling on him and was covered in itchy red bites. Upon further inspection several roaches and other insects were found. I will say that hotel staff was understanding and refunded the money paid for the week, minus a $45 dollar difference for the one night stayed. So now our belongings are sealed in trash bags and we are left with this potentially major problem to deal with as well as no where to go. Again I do not enjoy writing negative reviews but I feel that this issue needs to be addressed and brought to public attention. As someone who has, unfortunately, dealt with insect issues in the past I know that for every 1 seen, there are 100 or 1000 that are not seen. Final thoughts: the $235/week rate for 2 people was enticing but turned out to be too good to be true. I sincerely hope that this facility spends some serious time and money to invest in some serious and proper pest control and cleaning services.
