"We spent two nights here at the end of January. We were in the area for an event at Shenandoah University. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the campus so a little further away, but still pretty convenient. Check in was quick and easy, the room we stayed in was a double queen, which was pretty modern and everything was in good working order. Breakfast was served daily and there was plenty of choice. There are a number of places right beside the hotel such as Alamo Movie Theater, Outback Steakhouse, Aldi, and McDonald's. All in all a very pleasant stay at a well run hotel"

"Although the room was clean and spacious, we had the worst night of sleep on our entire 10 night road trip. Bed was uncomfortably hard and the highway noise was extremely loud at times. The long check in and lack of luggage carts didn't help. Won't be using this brand of hotel again."

"Excellent experience late night check in with Derek went smoothly and he accommodated us with a 2nd floor room near the elevator. Everything is nearby with plenty of restaurants and shopping options to visit overall. Room was CLEAN will be back again soon thank you for an amazing 1 night stay."

"We stayed at the same Comfort Suites coming and returning on our recent trip! It was a great half way point! The first night I thought the check in was annoying and gave the girl the benefit of the doubt! However our return stay not only did we have the same girl it took just as annoyingly LONG! I asked why ???? She said it was computers. I said I did everything on line what could you possibly need! Very stressful and not what you feel like dealing with after 10 hrs of driving when you have already done all the work checking in on line! Thanks I will go somewhere else next drive"

"This location was super. Clean rooms, easy check in and check out. Front desk and housekeeping very friendly. Breakfast was just okay. Coffee is awful so therefore the 4 stars instead of 5. Locations is nice a movie theater and an ALDis is next door. Restaurants nearby."
