"It's the worst place I ever lived. The landlord is very rude. I lived there for about a year and a half and the apartment I lived in flooded at least 5 times from the toilet not working properly and we got blamed for it. We had actually checked everything before the maintenance guy came in and we he came in, he actually broke the toilet chain his self and blamed us. Don't expect any work to be done if you need it. Don't expect privacy because you never know when they are just going to come into your apartment.."

"I agree with all of you about the landlord being disrespectful and on your back all the time. I lived there from 5/17 to 6/18 and it was the worst place I have ever lived. This landlord had me so stressed out from the first month I was there she gave me a late notice to evict when I was just four days late on the rent, I am a single mom just moving in and had to buy a lot of things and in the lease it said as long as the rent was not ten days late then I was not in violation. Then she accused me of having a dog in my apartment which I did not and when my air condition broke that July it took her a month to have anyone look at it because she said it was fine even though the temperature on the top floor was over 90 degrees every day. I was accused of everything from being loud to arguing in my apartment when it was the people two floors down. The toilet was always messed up we couldn’t use our bathroom for number two for two weeks one time because she wouldn’t fix it. Don’t go here, I had no choice because it was all I could afford but I wouldn’t go back if someone paid me too."

"If you want a place that’s respectable and treats you fairly, this isnt it. Maintenance doesnt do but the bare minimum. Leaves faulty equipment in the apartment for over a year keeping a dangerous hazard nearby. Think its no big deal toilet water leaking through the closet ceiling on the lightbulb. Got some kind of pest or bugs in the apartment? Oh take care of it yourself cause they wont deal with it. AC unit leaking? Wont check on it until it ruins the carpet. Doesnt give heads up and will tow you no matter who you are. Raises the rent every year even if you make the same. Doesnt allow you to further yourself. Make over 34k? Bye bye, “Too rich” this place doesnt even deserve the one star cause of the drug dealers and noisy neighbors this place provides to. Long as they get your money they dont care. place as a whole needs a complete overhaul. Ridiculous."

"Horrible manager. Finds different reason to try to evict every month. I have had 4 holes in my ceiling for 2 months and no exhaust fan or ceiling light. I pray I make it to February. There have already been 6 different people in 2 of the apartments in my building alone. She is making a killing on keeping deposits! If I could give negative stars I sure would!"
