"We actually thought we had reserved a room at a nearby hotel. As we went to check in we realized we booked the wrong night. So we started searching the internet and came across your page, and we were glad we did. Upon arrival we actually met the owner, super nice guy. House was so comfortable and cozy. We have now decided we will continue to stay with you every time we visit Cape Charles."

"What a great,comfortable getaway. Neat, roomy, well lain out tiny houses with great amenities and handy qr code plaques to help with any issues that might come up. A brief issue with wifi( which turned out to be our firewall) was seen to very quickly after a message, in person, by the owner. "We stayed at the Mermaid on our last visit, and tried the Fisherman on this visit. Both are great! They're both are a little bigger then the other units and have plenty of room to relax and hangout. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean. We really enjoy our stays, I highly recommend it."

"The Mermaid room was everything and more. Me and my husband stayed here from Fri-Monday. It was our first experience with Tiny Livin and it was a great experience. The Mermaid was spacious and comfortable. The decoration of the mermaid room was very nice. There were great restaurants such as Salt & Sand, Sting Ray’s and Cape Charles Brewery. The experience was great, and we look forward to coming back again soon."

"My fiancee and i stayed here (at the barn) for our anniversary for 5 days and loved every bit of property. We loved how we had charcoal grill with charcoal already, a pit with wood, and lastly even a greenhouse. This place is exactly its described, i couldnt have chosen a better getaway spot!!!
