"Absolutely terrible service. The person at the front desk stated he was the manager and kept yelling "Full! Full! Full! Full!" at me when I inquired why I had to check out today, but I could come back on Monday. They will only let you pay a day at a time and won't let you pay for multiple nights. The "manager" was treating not only myself that way, but other women that were there as well. Do not stay here."

"Rude management and they did not replace a broken refrigerator I reported about the first night I stayed. Even though I reported the issue more than once. It was not replaced or repaired. Mold was in the bathroom tub and on the curtains. They so called did room service and did not replace the shower curtain lining. Also the bed had urine stains on the mattress. Couldn't change rooms because they was fully booked. I stayed for 4 nights."

"The first room I was placed in the deadbolt did not lock all the way.. maintenance came down at like 11pm and he looked tired and had a attitude like he was mad at me because I wanted to change rooms.. they changed my room then I needed to talk to front desk and looked at phone and the button to front desk didn't work.. I took my cellphone and called the number on the phone and it was to a different hotel.. bother address and everything was to a different hotel and they told me dial 0 because I had a brain fart and didn't think of that... Other than that the stay was good"

"This place is dirty The owners are rude and have no sense of customer service asked for an additional receipt you would have thought I asked for a sample of blood. rooms are dirty housekeeping none existent. KARMA IS REAL YOU BETTER LEARN TO TREAT CUSTOMERS BETTER and present a better product OR JUST HAVE YOUR FAMILY STAY THERE OH THAT'S RIGHT THEY ALREADY DO. SAD"

"There is a hole in the wall behind the door,the curtains are filthy. The best looking thing in the room is the TV and the bathroom... That's not the had part, the bad part is they walk around all day knocking on doors to see if you have the right amount of people are supposed to be in the room. One lady knocked on the guys door and when he opened it she pushed her way in and said i smell smoke. Not only he wasn't smoking he was half dressed. These people feel as if they can do what they want. I guess this is what prison is like. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T GET A ROOM FROM THEM."
