"Horrible if not already paid for would never stay here. Won't be staying here ever again. The dresser drawers just fall out. The bathroom door handle looks like it's about to fall off. The sprkinler looks like it's about to fall out of the ceiling. There's also a hole in the bathroom door."
"We stayed in the 3rd building and the lights are on timers. They had it fixed ASAP. Every problem thatay have occured was attended too. It's not the Ritz but for the price and very old rooms. The bathroom sink was slow draining. The water was scalding hot. Be careful. BUT I WILL SAY THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. The floors probably all need mopped at checkout. My feet were black. I never saw any cockroaches as people say. Not one bug. Maybe a different building. I did however see rats by the dumpster . The new condos being built must have sprayed with poison and dead rats and mice. Watch what your dog eats off the ground. The laundry was disappointing. 2 washers out of order. Standing water in them. Put 2.50 in the pop machine and never got a refund. Get a housekeeper to go in there at least once a week and spray the tables and washers and keep the place up. Nasty is nasty. That was gross. But overall the ladies at the front desk in the mornings were so nice. Thank you for accommodating us. I don't understand how you are all there at the front desk. But the guest laundry right behind you is so disgusting. Was however nice to have fullsize refrigerators and liked the island. And sink. I guess if they renovated all of those . They would have no guests as the people I saw there would not be able to afford them. Those places being built next to it needs to put a high nice wall up. Having trash cans under steps is causing rats and mice going from dumpster to closer to the rooms. Trash belongs away from the hotel ! Not sanitary. Calling the health department."
"Do yourself a favor and find another place to stay. This place was disgusting!! I worked as a housekeeper years ago so I always check the mattress cover as soon as I get in. There was blood and dried boogers stuck to the side of the mattress. There were dried boogers on the walls. Dead roaches in the dresser drawers and live German cockroach’s in the bathroom. The kitchen was sticky and unclean. We stayed one night and I wish I hadn’t even suffered through that!! I woke up feeling itchy so now I’m scared there were bed bugs! We immediately asked for a refund and went to a better hotel. Oh and also huge crack under the door where little bugs can just come and go as they please. I wish I had taken photos but I was ready to get out of there ASAP"
"The room was infested, and I mean INFESTED, with cockroaches. They were running around at all times of day, despite being nocturnal. I brought this to the staff's attention four times over the course of a month before they took any action. They offered a $150 (one and a half nights!) refund after a MONTH of dealing with a severe infestation, and when I called customer service to complain, the hotel manager called to angrily confront me. They raised the refund to 25% of the cost, but only because I insisted on it being the bare minimum that was acceptable. I literally woke up with a cockroach in my hair one morning, they would run out of the drains when I turned on the shower or sink, the only thing they left alone was my food (which was packaged and sealed properly). During my stay I had to have a surgical procedure, and I was so worried the whole time, because cockroaches carry contagious germs and diseases like E Coli and salmonella, and the staff absolutely did not care. Thank god they didn't cause me to get severely ill, but my asthma was noticeably worsened during my stay, and I had constant headaches. There were also other customers who kept parking in the handicap parking illegally, which often blocked the medical vans from being able to pick me up for my infusions, they would have to park in the street and wheel me into the street to pick me up. This is dangerous, as in my wheelchair I am the height of a young child and not visible from taller vehicles. There is also a car that drives at high speeds in the area, and would not have time to stop if the van was loading me in the road. The hotel did not take this safety issue seriously. I had to get law enforcement involved for that to stop. One of the cars also would rev their engine directly outside my room at 8am, scaring me (a person with a cardiac condition) awake. The staff finally sprayed for the roaches, promising to spray again in a week. They did not, and when I reminded them, a pest control employee (who wasn't in the hotel uniform) attempted to walk into my room unannounced, without knocking or anything, and was mad that the door was locked. He refused to identify himself until I opened the door. Keep in mind the staff were aware that I was staying here after experiencing domestic violence and a sexual assault, and allowed a random man to try to enter my room unannounced, out of uniform, and alone, while they were aware I was alone in the room. Other issues involved finding a random dirty fingernail clipping on my bed on a day no one should've been in the room (it wasn't cleaned or anything), being given dirty dishes and utensils, a broken toilet roll holder, and a chair that felt like it could break at any moment due to loose fasteners. This room was a massive health hazard, and should be closed off until all the infestation is fully dealt with. As it is the only queen sized accessible room at this hotel, I doubt it will be."
"Reservation confirmation: 164832424, check-in: Sep 1, check-out: Sep 8 1. There was hair all over the bathroom from a previous guest. There was even hair still in the towels. 2. There was an alarming amount of rust on the towel rack and on the shower curtain rod. 3. The refrigerator was not completely clean. The hood over the stove area looked like it had not been clean in YEARS. 4. The weather strip under the front door was worn and there was a hole big enough to let bugs in. 5. The public outdoor garbage cans were three steps from my door and I was concerned that insects were coming in the room. Flys kept coming into our room because of this. 6. On the last day of the stay, I woke up with bed bug bites coming up from my right pinky to my right elbow. 7. We had to purchase our cleaning products to make the place livable. We purchased a broom, Swiffer pad set, bucket, pine sol, gloves ... etc etc 8. There were huge rats running between the front office to the garbage can area. I saw this during the day and at night. 9. We told the front desk receptionist about our issues and they said that they would "make a note of it". We then filed a formal online complaint. 10. We had to get new room keys almost every day because the doors weren't working properly. Someone from corporate needs to come to this location ASAP. I want a full refund!"
