"The new property management team has really turned this place around! They have been steadily repairing and upgrading the complex since they took over. They take all maintenance issues very seriously and address them in a timely manner. (Shout-out to the friendliest maintenance team ever!) The grounds are maintained very nicely. The ladies in the office have always been very professional and helpful towards me. Rent is due monthly and it includes water and trash. They offer studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, as well as townhouses. Cats and some dogs are allowed. My unit doesn't have washer/dryer hookups. The location is great, though. You really can't beat it for the price."

"I have a section 8 housing voucher for the amount of 577.00 for sure paid monthly on Social security disabled they did my credit and criminal check came back OK however they discriminated me because I don't get at least 1000.00 a month income. The rent is only 600.00 a month that picture doesn't look good to me."

"Great for someone just starting on there own. Near to allot of fun things to do and it's within walking distance to fun fest, pals, Ollie's, gas station, and Dobens Bennett High School. The ones I have seen were two bedroom and two bath but they were just fine for what I needed them for."

"I've never lived here but the suffocating amount of listings for this place on craigslist is driving me crazy. An apartment complex that has to advertise that much on another website is never a good sign. Its making my search for a place that I can actually live at very difficult. For every legit listing there are at least 10 listings for The Gardens Apartments. Please find another way to advertise your complex. I know its a first world problem for me to complain about this but UGHHHHHH. Craigslist is consumed by student housing and other sketchy complexes making 5+ separate listings a day. You only need to make one listing! Just update it every day and it will bump you back up to the top of the list."
