"I had read several reviews that describes the office staff as rude, and I waited until I had been treated by Dr. Cheema for six months before writing a review. My experience: "He's the best in Winchester"- a quote from someone who would absolutely have a view of options in Winchester, and I agree with the lady who said that to me in the beginning. Dr. Cheema has proven to listen carefully to what's going on in my life and with my illness. PTSD, bipolar II, and anxiety disorder. I do not get the feeling I'm subject to a cookie cutter approach. This doctor knows his patients and listens to them. Doc added a drug and reduced the dose of another one. Proved to be right for me, and I don't go through life feeling like a zombie. If that is what you're after- to get whatever pill and go full zombie-this practice may not be for you. However, if you seek competent treatment by a doctor who will treat you like a person and not a number, and work with you as a TEAM to manage your issues and maximize your life, then look no further. I would highly recommend. To me, really the provider is more important than the support staff. However, in six months of treatment I have found the office staff to be super professional and kind. I feel that negative reviews directed toward Sandy are at best mistaken. Total pros, top to bottom. Offers telehealth once they know you. Out of pocket price is reasonable compared to others. I give Dr. Cheema and Sandy five stars. Courteous, kind, professional. They give you a reminder call a day or two before. I'm under good care, all the way around. Things were a mess the day I set my first appointment and now, they're just not. My salary has increased, even. Doing better at work, family happy to have the real me back. And I'm happy to be back and better than ever. Thanks, Doctor Cheema!"
