"Honest, on time, professional and their preventative maintenance plan caught an issue that could have cost me big. Rusty and the gang are good people doing good business. I have had them service my systems for almost 3 years. They recently moved the system to the side of my house to prepare for an addition. A big job that was done well and for a fair price. I have been using his services for more than 7 years and have never had one issue with them or their equipment. When I have questions- Rusty or my team take the time to explain or answer my questions. These are the kind of guy you want around when there are emergencies. They know the system inside and out and can not only prevent issues but correct events like the 15 degree freeze up where they responded swiftly. These guys rock."
"We had a homeowner’s claim that involved fixing some HVAC ductwork and WGS was recommended. We contacted them and they were able to come out very quickly and the technician, Tony, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We recently had an unrelated incident that required the replacement of all the ductwork and WGS was our first call due to the service provided previously. They were once again able to get us on the schedule quickly and even set us up with the same technician. Due to a delay on another job they were worried that it would delay our job but they kept us in the loop which is rare to find with customer service nowadays. The owner, Rusty, came out to make sure our job stayed on track which showed that they really care about their customers. He never mentioned he was the owner (we found out from his profile online); he just dug in and got to work. Rusty, Tony and Wensley kept us informed every step of the repair process and even was able to get us done a day earlier by staying a little later each day. The job was completed beautifully and they even took a little extra time to discuss how to maintain the HVAC system, proper filters to use and left us with literature on services they offer. They were not concerned with selling us everything they offer, they were more concerned with getting the job done correctly. We would recommend WGS for any of your HVAC needs!! Thanks guys!"
"We had a homeowners claim back in January, and WGS was suggested. They were on time, professional, and really explained the job so I was comfortable with the work being done. We had another issue (unrelated to the claim caused by rodents) this past month with our duct work, contacted WGS for all new duct work on our HVAC unit. The price was really reasonable for excellent work done. They were afraid they’d be behind schedule due to some workers being ill, but they KEPT US IN THE LOOP! Which is hard to find lately, and even had the OWNER Rusty come out to ensure the job wouldn’t fall behind. When we called about the repair this time around they sent the same tech, Tony, to handle the job, he remembered our house from the claim previously and was still as professional as we remember. Originally they thought the job would be Wednesday - Friday, but Rusty, Tony, and Wensley stayed behind a little bit today (Thursday) to get our unit fresh and new for the weekend. They didn’t come from a selling stand point, they really just wanted our job done right. They found vents that were leading no where, checked every duct we had in the house, gave us information on how it should be running, what certain parts of the unit do, and they took pictures every step of the way to show us what was happening in our crawl space. It was just an overall wonderful experience and I really trust the work being done!"
