"Rarely make reviews but Joshua the manager was great, hard working and got the job done. He was the last person in the shop left as he got the car back and running the same day on a Sunday. What a champ. Glad he was able to help us get back on the road in one day and made us not worry on how to get to work for the week. He worked over closing hours so that the job was finished. Really shows what kind of people work there. Would recommend their tire services to all."

"Update: I spoke to the customer service representative and sent an email. I haven't heard anything back. I went to another place and found out that the tire had to be replaced because the puncture was in the tire wall, it wasn't supposed to be patched. The wrong sensor was put on the car. Also, my rim had scratches after getting it back from Tire Choice. Dishonest and terrible service recieved. I just needed a patch for my tire, instead they broke a sensor on my tire and replaced it without informing me while picking up my car. The lady only informed me about the issue after I complained about the tire sensor light staying on, then she had informed me of what happened to my tire sensor and how they attempted multiple times to turn my tire sensor off, but failed. If there is a new tire sensor, then it is obviously the wrong one because it doesn't look identical to the other tire sensors. You all will no longer touch my car or my company vehicles. I hope the owner reads this and looks at the pictures attached. I'm very disappointed in your company and I want my money returned."

"This was my first inspection and first time dealing with a car place by myself. It is the cleanest shop I’ve been to and it is definitely the busiest for good reasons. I had been to at least 10 different shops in the area and the vibe/efficiency/cost here is just right! Everyone handling the front desk each time I came in to inquire was polite, patient ,& kind. I choose to come back and wait with them for this reason. I hope I don’t have to come back until next years inspection($) but if I have to , they are the first choice!"
