"The one thing you need most in your adult life is a good mechanic and Alestra is by far the best I've ever hired. I called 8 of the top rated auto services in VB. Some gave me astronomical quote right away and others were gonna get back to me. Along the hunt, I came across Alestra and what really stood out was that Alice the service manager could tell I barely knew what I was asking for and she asked me if I know I needed the service or if someone told me I needed the service.. she quickly put me on a brief hold after asking for the year and mileage of my car to see if they would recommend I needed the work as well. Very female friendly shop and empathized with the concern that I could have been unnecessarily told to upservice my car. Decided to trust her and the shop after this phone consultation and brought my car in before I even heard back from the other shops.
