"Went here with a phone that was a present for our daughter to have a battery replaced. Was told it wouldn’t connect to WIFI even though working before visit here and after. They (Luke) replaced the battery. Brought the device home which worked on WIFi and now we can’t make calls with it We took the phone to Apple who said the phone was bent and damage was done to the device during the battery install. When we called CPR they said there issues before and that they had told us replacing the battery wouldn’t be worth while. (Lie) I asked if that was the case why take my money and attempt a repair. They agreed. Should have just taken it to Apple. 60 dollar repair here vs 70 dollar repair at Apple. Spend the extra 10 dollars. Apple said if they had done that type of damage they would have taken responsibility for the mistake. Hard lesson learned… now I have a broken device and we need to buy a brand another phone for her birthday."

"I don't like to do things like this, but it is sort of necessary given the nature of the situation. I went in to get my charger port repaired on my phone. The price was fine, and so was the service, until I received my phone after the repair. They had cracked my screen protector, probably with tweezers given where and how it cracked. My problem is that afterwards, they didn't compensate me in anyway for the broken screen protector before charging me for the repairs. I am not mad, but I am disappointed and worried about what this says about the business as a whole. If they would still charge me full price for the repair and not give me a referral to get it replaced, what would have been done if that happened to an internal part of my phone? How much worse off would I have been if they kept that same level of negligence? Fortunately, the charger port that was installed works just fine and I was able to find a replacement for my screen protector, but I had to go elsewhere to get it. I give CPR Phone repair two stars, as while my phone repair was made, the convivence of service was lost when my screen protector was broke from tampering unnecessary to the repair made, and no free service was offered to amend this fact. I still hold out hope that they can make this right, but as of now, they haven't. Here are pictures of the screen protector for reference Update: Given the fact that the owner decided to respond but there was no actual attempt at reaching out to me, this tells me this is a place that overtly lies in these responses. If they are willing to lie here, what do you think they'll lie about when it comes to your phone? I have updated star rating to more accurately reflect my experience."

"Went through Assurant to end up here for glass and LED screen replacement. Ian and Jon were great with their customer service to myself and others in the store. I had a 12:30 appointment, they were punctual and very efficient!! I was told 1-2 hours and was called a little after 30 minutes to tell my my phone was ready to be picked up! They use quality OEM parts for a flawless repair/replacement. This will be my go to location for whenever I need mobile device maintenance!"
