"I really enjoyed working with Ethan Allen Designer Elaine Russac, and Store Manager Michael Fracis at the Laskin Road location in Virginia Beach, Virginia. They were both delightful. At the start of our Living Room "Re-Fresh," Elaine visited my home twice. She measured the room, took photos, and used a computer ap to suggest optional furniture placement. I loved her ideas! She also was able to recommend Disabled American Vets to pick up our old furniture, and a talented upholstery company. We chose two new side chairs, and a new sofa. She helped me to select the fabrics, pillows, and even ordered fabric to reupholster a statement chair that I love. While we awaited the arrival of the furniture, we repainted the room. I can't thank Elaine and Michael enough for their knowledge and experience. I'm loving our "new" room!!"
